IT support & infrastructure

A tidy infrastructure and hands-on support for daily work. We keep running what your team relies on every day: computers, servers, email, access, and cloud services.

The goal isn't just to fix incidents. There should be fewer every month. These are the points where operations break down:

RISK 01

A backup nobody tested

RISK 02

Issues that repeat without a root-cause fix

RISK 03

All technology depends on a single person

That's why we combine daily support, prevention, and tested backups.

Support for your users

We cover the IT needs of all staff under the agreement, with unlimited remote support within the contracted scope. No per-request quoting.

Maintenance & prevention

When an issue repeats, we find the cause and plan the root-cause fix instead of applying the same quick patch.

Backups that work

We design backups around the data you need to keep and recover. A backup is only worth it if you can restore it.

1

Multiple copies

More than one copy of the data that matters.

2

Separate storage

Copies stored away from the original hardware.

3

Protection

Against malicious deletion or encryption.

4

Restore test

Regular restore drills, for real.

We agree with you on how much time and data you can afford to lose, and design backups around that number.

Documented continuity

We document systems, access, and meaningful changes. If you switch providers tomorrow, that documentation is yours and lets you keep running without depending on us.

A monthly agreement with clear scope

The monthly fee depends on the number of users, systems, and support level you need. With that information we present a proposal with defined scope and terms.

INCLUDED
  • Unlimited remote support for covered users
  • Maintenance & preventive checks
  • Backups with restore tests
  • Documentation of systems and access
QUOTED SEPARATELY
  • Special projects & custom development
  • Complex migrations
  • Third-party licenses
The contract details duration, renewal, and other terms. Exclusions are stated in writing in the proposal.

How the contract starts

The first year covers the diagnostic and cleanup phase, where most of the work investment goes. Once operations are in order, the focus shifts to prevention and daily support.

CONTINUITYOperations shouldn't depend on a single person.

Knowledge of your infrastructure stays in your company, not in our heads. When the agreement ends, we hand over organized documentation so you can keep running without depending on us.
